waiver applicant Posted September 28, 2021 Report Share Posted September 28, 2021 I applied for J1 waiver based on fear of persecution, Below is my timeline USCIS received my application: March 18, 2021 DOS received my application: July 8, 2021 USCIS sent RFE July 28, 2021 Replied to USCIS RFE: Aug 26, 2021 USCIS sent for advisory opinion: Sep 8, 2021 DOS has still no received I612/I613 from USCIS How long DOS to receive request from USCIS and how long does it take to process Please share your experience....
