Sengot Posted September 28, 2021 Report Share Posted September 28, 2021 H1B filed through an employer under Consular Processing while in India during June2021 and travelled to USA on H4 visa (NIE approval) on July16th 2021 ( delayed due to travel ban), heard from the employer that the H1B got approved yesterday What next? * Do need to travel to India for stamping to get H1 activated - is it mandate? OR * Understand that COS amendment can be filed by employer to get H1 activated , Is there any premium process for the COS amendment? Quote Link to comment
