Second I-485 with different Primary

Hi All... My spouse applied for AOS (I-485) for herself and me in the EB3 Category with a July 2014 PD last year and we have both received our EADs. My PD, Oct 2011, on EB2 just became current. I want to apply for I-485 with me as a primary and her as a derivative. Is this possible? I am very concerned now, since, EB3 has started to retrogress and feel like my PD might be a better option. Hi, What did you end up doing...we are in a similar situation.

Spouse downgraded to EB2-->EB3 ( PD Nov 2014 ) and received EADs. 

I applied as a derivative.

Now my PD is current to file AOS (EB2 Mar 2012). We noticed that on our receipts PD is Mar 2012 and not Nov 2014. I am not sure if USCIS made a mistake or assigned a favorable PD between spouses.
