Guest_H1B Posted September 24, 2021 Report Share Posted September 24, 2021 I was laid off while my AOS application from 10/2020 is pending at SRC.( Downgrade I -140 to EB3 approved in PP). I still have not received EAD. I want to request expedite on EAD citing financial loss as reason but would this have a negative impact on overall adjudication of I-485 since the Primary applicant lost his job.
