I140 Downgrade (what if the dates retrogressed) in concurrent

I filed for I140 Downgrade and waiting for the I140 downgrade approval, with concurrent filing.

 

1) What if the dates are retrogressed now before i get my I-140 approved.  Do i still get EAD or i won't get EAD because i dont have Downgrade I-140 approved? 

2) If my filing dates are current in EB2 now, am i eligible to file 485/131/765 again? can you apply Downgrade I-140 EB3 as well as file for EB2 and whats the process?
