Attorney_14 Posted July 13, 2011 Report Share Posted July 13, 2011 I'm not sure what question your email below is asking, but you need to make sure that your employer does respond to the audit. If you do not respond to the audit and simply withdraw your case, the DOL is likely to audit any subsequent PERM application filed on your behalf. Hopefully your employer has kept a good and complete compliance file from which they can prepare the audit response.
