Approved I-140 on EB2, PD Apr 2019, need inputs

Please share your valuable suggestions/inputs on my case. Thank you in advance for taking time to read and answer!

I was on H1B initially, then did COS to L1A and completed almost 7 years tenure combining both visas. My PD is Apr 2019 (EB2) and have approved I-140 (was filed in Premium in June 2019). My last extension was denied (I think I had only 2 weeks for max out!) in 2020 and had to exit US. I am out of US for more than a year now. My questions are -

1.  What are my options for H1B visa - I assume it will be cap-exempt. What is the duration I would get on H1B?

2. What happens to the dependent EAD - will the dependent get EAD for the same duration as the primary's H1B?

3. Any suggestion to downgrade to EB3 or when when to file for I485 on EB2?
