Is it possible to file I-485 with CONCURRENT H1B (2nd H1B) ?

Hi All,

I am on H1B with employer A.

My priority date (from previous employer B) is current but employer A will not start my GC process until next year.

I don't want to leave my current employer A. So thinking to join my previous employer B on a CONCURRENT H1B visa.

Most probably, I will work part-time with employer B.

Is it possible for employer B to file my I-485?

I-140 was already approve back in 2013.
