My priority date (from previous employer B) is current but employer A will not start my GC process until next year. I don't want to leave my current employer A. So thinking to join my previous employer B on a CONCURRENT H1B visa. Most probably, I will work part-time with employer B. Is it possible for employer B to file my I-485?
