I140 - Couldnt find the status

My I140 got approved in October 2015 and then I moved out of US. When I checked the status today got this error - My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered.

(1) Could this be because my employer revoked my I140 as I moved out of country and moved to different employer ?

(2) If I get my H1B again and restart the GC process, would I be able to keep my priority date based on the previous approval ?

What should be my next move ? Please provide your suggestions.
