I-290B motion is reopened (Currently it is pending status) Currently, I am working on H1B (Did not use my EAD so far) and my son status is H4 status . Can i apply SSN number to my son using EAD card . We would like to use SSN for college admission purpose and want to continue H4 status .. My question : Will i lose my H-1B status IF i use SSN for college admission . Quote
