I-130/I-485 Concurrent Filing for Parent

Hi!

 I gather this will be the list of forms - all go in 1 packet to USCIS:

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

I-130 ($535) - Petition for Alien Relative
I-485 ($1225) - Adjustment of Status
I-693 (Free) - Medical Exam
I-765 (Free) - EAD - Not applicable to me as my parent is retired.
I-131 (Free) - Advance Parole

I-131 requires a letter to indicate why you need to travel? Anything to keep in mind?

In February 2021, We had filed I-539 (Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status) too so we need to mention this in a letter indicating the reason for change of mind to Adjust the Status to Green Card?

Do we need to submit a letter indicating our intent for Adjustment of Status and the reasons around it? (In my case, my Dad was alone in India after the demise of my Mother)
