mygc046 Posted July 5, 2021 Report Share Posted July 5, 2021 I have a pending AOS with PD of July 10, 2010, biometric done on April 8, 2021 but still haven't received my EAD. I am employed with my current employer (H1-B Sponser) and plan to do so going forward as well. I have being offered a very attractive employment offer in India. Question: Can I take up another job in India while I continue to work in US for my present employer? Can taking up another job in India have any impact on my pending AOS application (if I am able to manage jobs at both places)? Thanks Quote Link to comment
