Can I change Jobs with pending I-485 and pending i-140(EB3 downgrade, filed concurrently)

Hi,

My I-485 and I-140, EB3 downgrade, was filed on Oct 2020, and I am waiting approval for I-140 downgrade. I got the EAD and AP card.

I wanted to check if I can change jobs with EAD and port over pending  i-485 as well as I-140 to new employer as it has more than 180 days from I-485 filling. Does portability law allows I-140 to port too. 

Any information regarding this case will be helpful.

An I-140 is never ported. A new employer would have to start the process from scratch. The only thing that can be reused is the PD of an approved I-140.
