Bala Muppala
Team, I got my initial I-140 approved which is applied by my previous employer A with a priority date as Dec 15, 2014, and my new I-140 which is applied by my current employer B is approved with a wrong priority date as Sept 06, 2019, that said, Priority date issue on my new I-140 is not getting addressed by USCIS, even after multiple typographic requests (SR's) submitted by my attroney, Can anyone of you faced a similar issue with USCIS, and what is the approach taken to resolve this issue Note: I don't have any issues with my Previous employer I-140 approval notice, as I got my multiple H1 extensions based on my previous approved I-140 even after joining my new employer Thanks & Regards, Bala Quote Link to comment
Attorney_15
If USCIS is not changing a priority date when requested through the service requests, then the I-140 Petitioner can try filing a Form I-824 request for a duplicate Approval Notice and in that application explain the reason for the request is for the Approval Notice to be issued with the correct priority date, which information should be included with the application.
