Regarding California Bar Exam

Hi,

I would like to know more about the California Bar exam and its eligibility. One of my cousins wanted to take this exam who has passed his LLB degree in India.

He is planning to come to the US for his Master's and would he be eligible to take this exam while pursuing his master's over here?

Would be great if someone could throw some light on this and also some pointers or leads in this matter. Thanks so much in advance.

The law in the US differs from Indian law. It is unlikely he would be able to pass the bar in the US. He should enroll in law school in the US (my understanding is that it is possible to take the bar exam without having attended law school in the US, but chances of passing are pretty much zero in that case.)
