EB3 filing date current for previous approved i140 EB2

Hello All,

My priority date is May 2013 from Employer A, in 2016 Employer B retained the PD, Perm with Employer C got approved this month. Employer's attorney is  suggesting to file in Eb2 and Eb3 i140 in premium and wait for the approval and file i485 on approval based on the visa movement. Need advice on should I do i140 separately or concurrently. I have following questions. 

1. Would filing concurrently help in processing faster ? If so should I ask them to file in EB2 i140 premium, once approved file with EB3 downgrade and i485 concurrently.

2.Or just file i485 after obtaining approval of Eb2 and EB3 i140.

3. My spouse has her perm and i140 approved from previous employer. She joined my employer last month. Should I include her in my i485? and still continue her new perm and i140 with the new employment.
