ksks2015
Me and my kids H4 has been rejected due to the reason of signature. Our I-94 have also expired. But my husband's H1 is extended and valid. Can I stay legally after the rejection? if yes, how long? If no, how soon I need to travel out of US? Kindly suggest. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
USCIS should have sent you an RFE before rejecting your H4 due to signature. Contact an attorney immediately and see if this case can be reopened and rectified. Fortunately your spouse has an approved H1b. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
I guess since H4 is rejected now you are out of status. I get in normal conditions you need to leave ASAP by a week or so... Quote Link to comment
