Rao99 Posted May 18, 2021 Report Share Posted May 18, 2021 Hi, I have question about travelling to USA. my wife (h4) , daughter (US CITIZEN) and I (h1B) are in Inida. I have valid H1b approval until 2023 but No visa as consulates are not operating. My wife has valid H4 visa until 2023. My question is can she travel to USA with out H1B spouse (me) being in USA ( as I'm struck in India) Please this is urgent. any help is highly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
sgrcres Posted May 20, 2021 Report Share Posted May 20, 2021 IF she has valid visa to US, then she can travel with or without the child. You can join later after you get the required stamping. There is no provision which says H4 cannot travel alone. You can always check with US consulates. Quote Link to comment
