DeshGuy
Hello, My mom who has a LPR travelled in Feb/March 2020, and since then couldn't return due to travel restrictions and pandemic. She is fully vaccinated now, and would like to bring her back to the US. Given that it is more than a year now, and consulates are closed in India, can she travel back with proof of unintended/beyond her control extended stay (without SB-1)? Her LPR is still valid. Anyone recent first hand experience would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
With a stay abroad of over a year the GC is invalid. She needs an SB-1. Quote Link to comment
