newuser111
Hi Looking for some information from the community here So I do work for company A with approved I-140 ways back from 2016 and I am currently in my 8th year of H1B visa and will need an extension again before it ends next year sept 2022. I am looking to change jobs and say if I get offer from company B later this year and they decide to start PERM/140 process next year with them and say PERM is still pending before my visa end date 1. So will I be able to file H1B extension at company B in year 2022 since perm is pending less than 365 days? 2. Can we file the H1B extension based on previous companies approved I-140 even when they revoked I-140 since I left the job or is that something not possible. Please advice. Thanks Edited May 12, 2021 by newuser111 Quote Link to comment
