H1B extension - PERM/I-140 pending

Hi Looking for some information from the community here

So I do work for company A with approved I-140 ways back from 2016 and I am currently in my 8th year of H1B visa and will need an extension again before it ends next year sept 2022. I am looking to change jobs and say if I get offer from company B later this year and they decide to start PERM/140 process next year with them and say PERM is still pending before my visa end date
     1. So will I be able to file H1B extension at company B in year 2022 since perm is pending less than 365 days?

      2. Can we file the H1B extension based on previous companies approved I-140 even when they revoked I-140 since I left the job or is that something not possible.

You should be able to file your your transfer/extension with new company using your existing I140 approval.  Your existing I140 priority date can be ported to your new I140.

You should not have any problems using your existing I-140 and getting H1-B extension.
