DJN Posted May 11, 2021 Report Share Posted May 11, 2021 I am currently on a L2 Visa + EAD but my EAD L2 and EAD will expire in Sept. Meanwhile, my currently employer is processing my PERM, i am awaiting my Labor certificate and then planning to Expedite I140. As EAD has to be applied only after my L2 visa approval, i am worried if the EAD will be approved ontime. My Question is, if i have an approved Labor certificate + I140 with L2 status, do i still need a EAD? Quote Link to comment
