GCitis Posted April 28, 2021 Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 I have got my I-140 with Employer "A" with the priority date as Jan - 2013 and now I am with Employer B and got my perm approval this week, So my Employer's immigration team is asking me "In which category (EB2 or EB3) I want them to file the I 140"? Based on current trends with the visa bulletin and the latest interview with Charles, What can you recommend?Any thoughts/Ideas/Suggestions, please? Quote Link to comment
