VaraprasadVommi
HI I HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED IntentToDeny-VaraprasadVommi FROM USICS AFTER A RECENT SITE VISIT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS As a result of the site inspection, USCIS has been unable to verify the following: That the beneficiary's wages are being paid in accordance with the approved LCA(s) and That the employee would be working at a location with an approved LCA. LeaveMessageH1B
You forgot to post the actual question. - USCIS was not bale to verify that you actually (physically) work at the location provided in LCA and if you're really getting paid as per LCA. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Does the salary mentioned in your offer letter and paystub match the LCA wages? Were you present at the location when USCIS showed up for the site visit? Your employer should be able to handle this NOID with the help of his company attorney. You can also request your employer to withdraw this petition immediately as denials look bad on your immigration records Edited April 21, 2021 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
