Anonymous585
I recently received an offer from a company and they are working on filing my H1b. I had following questions regarding the same, Is there any issue when COE is done after 30 days of unemployment? What happens if your H1b is applied before 60 days but did not start working until after the 60 days (Say I started working on the 62nd or 63rd day)? What if H1 is applied on the 61st or 62nd day, can I stay until then and start working on the receipt? If I have to leave, can I come back on receipt and not wait for stamping approval? Zodiac System
Relax! your new employer is already working on filing your H1b. He is associated with his company immigration attorney. You are good. Edited April 15, 2021 by Zodiac System Quote Link to comment
