abn_ammu
Hi, I was working in US in 2014 for 1 year in H1B and then returned to home country (H1B was stamped for 3 years and expired in 2017). Then later in 2019, I changed my employer and they revoked H1B petition. Now my new employer have work opportunities in US and I would like to know, if my new employer can file a cap-exempt petition to re-instate the H1b status and use the pending quota. Please help me to get a clarification in this. Thanks, abn_ammu Quote Link to comment
