vikas_bose
I am planning to change to a new employer and also planning to get new H1b stamping(1st time). How many months should I work for new employer before going to stamping just to be on the safe side? I saw in many interview experiences, an officer asks 'for how long you are working for your current employer?'. I just want to be safe side and avoid 221g if possible. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
There is no connection between length of employment and stamping. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Better to get min 2 pay stubs before you go for visa stamping if you can... Quote Link to comment
