Ajit11 Posted April 2, 2021 Report Share Posted April 2, 2021 Hi, My wife is having H1 Valid (till June 2021) and we are planning to move her visa to H4 to take a break. We have applied for change of status on July 2020, bio metrics was completed on Oct 2020. We are still waiting for the final decision from USCIS. Can she resign her H1 job now and stay here with the receipt of H4 change of status? If yes, how long she can stay? is it till they approve? Note: I have valid visa till Dec, 2022.
