capsambassador
A minor child, born in the U.S, lives with his parents in India (Father a U.S citizen and mother an Indian citizen). The child has an Indian Passport. If the family wants to visit India, can the child get a U.S tourist Visa? Quote Link to comment

JoeF
The child is a US citizen, everybody born in the US is. As a US citizen, the child can NOT get a US visa. The child would have to get a US passport to travel to the US. Quote Link to comment
