My company has filed my I140 but it is pending approval. The thing is that my current project with that client is ending in couple of days and i may have to leave that client and company will assign me to work with some other client. So i wanted to know will this impact my I140 approval ? My position will not be changing neither my employer. Only client will be different. Can anyone tell what is the best course of action or what is impact of this to my I140. Quote Link to comment
