murthy_immigrant
Filed EB3 I-140 concurrently with I-485. EB2 PD is Aug 2013. Received receipts of I-485, I-131 & I-765. employer got receipt for I-140 as well. Recently employer received I-140 rejection from USCIS, stating payment didn't go through as the bank didn't honor the check. As per the bank, they never received the check from USCIS/Treasury department. Employer is planning to submit a letter from bank and new check to reconsider I-140. As per USCIS bylaws/some online comments, USCIS generally doesn't reconsider application due to payment processing issues. Is there any other option that I can try here. Thanks in advance.
