I was on H4 which expired on September 5, 2020 and applied for H4 extension before the H4 expiry date with my spouse H1B extension(which is approved). My H4 extension is still pending and also did not hear back on my H1B application. Do they consider my H1B petition irrespective of my pending H4? or my H1B will be reviewed after my H4 approval?
