KavithaKV Posted March 19, 2021 Report Share Posted March 19, 2021 We got our I-765 receipt on Jan 2021,we applied at end of oct 2020 ... im in H4 Ead now and it expires in April 2021..will i be able to expedite my EAD process ?can i work with i-765 receipt which is in C09 category as it shows can work 180 days from the expiral date of EAD..im vague and looking for inputs.
