Can Children < 21 years work: EAD on Filing Chart

My EB2 priority date is March 2011 and applied and AOS application/EAD approval on filing chart, Still waiting....

1. Can my son (19 years and 10 months) work and get paid (internship etc.) when he gets EAD based on filing chart until the age of 21 ?
