If you meant "employer" ?

No you can not transfer without working for same employer till you receive at-least 1-2 paystubs.

It has been posted here by a Murthy spokesperson that a Visa stamp would mean you can consider yourself to be cap counted and able to look for another H1 sponsor, not cap-subject.

You may do well to get a consult with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice and then proceed accordingly.
