I 140 REVOKED BY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER(<180 days) AND I'M IN MY MAXOUT EXTENSION

Hi,

I'm in  a complex situation and need your advice:

While I was working with Employer A, I had I-140 approved. Later moved to Employer B within 180 days of I-140 approval and moreover Emp A revoked my I-140  within 180 days.

Currently PERM approval is still pending with USCICS from past 7 months and not sure how long will it more and my visa expires in next 5 months.

My attorney says we can still go for 3 years extn based on previous I40(revoked) or extend to another 6 months based on the outside of USA dates.

I am not sure what % rate will the extension will get approve with revoked I-140. Can you please tell me what are the best options that i have.

To recapture some more extra time days, should I move to Mexico or Canada? IF so should H4 dependents move as well or myself?

Please Advice.
