MSRC Posted March 15, 2021 Report Share Posted March 15, 2021 As per my I-485 application receipt, my priority date is Oct 10, 2009 and I attended the Interview on Dec 2012 in NYC, NY. After that I received an e-mail notification that "Your application is received by our office on Jan, 13, 2013" (got no idea which location office is that). Now my question is: Is my Priority Date will be OCT 2009 or become JAN 2013 ?? BTW, AOS priority dates current up to Jan 2010 as per March 2021 bulletin.....So far I have not received any communication from USCIS. Can some one help me to answer the above ??
