In Oct 2020, B has filed I-140 but in EB3 category since it became and also filed 765/485 concurrently. If I upgrade my I-140 petition to premium processing, Are there any risks? what are benefits? Snowflakes-TX Posted March 22, 2021 Report Share Posted March 22, 2021 (edited) I upgraded to premium last week at texas center, this is my Downgrade i-140. Receipt not yet updated to premium and no update from USCIS yet. Persobal Check has not cleared so far, It's been 4 days that application has received USCIS.
