Hi. I would like to know if Green card application can be filed (I-140) for EB-1 (L1-A) can be a priority filing? I’ve just sent my documents to the attorney and I’ve got the below response and would like to validate if that’s a true statement.

Please note that USCIS does not allow premium processing for the EB-1 category (Multinational/Executive).

That is correct, it is not eligible at this time.

My spouse's job is at risk currently due to delays in L2 EAD renewal processing in the California processing center. the request to expedite was rejected last week.
We'd also filed for all my family member's EAD based on I-485 in October that too seems to be delayed by the biometrics availability.

How can we ensure that my wife's job is not lost due to these delays? Thanks

You may need to discuss this with your spouse's employer for options. An important aspect to understand however, is that lacking work authorization, does not mean that employment must be terminated, an individual just simply cannot work during the gap in employment authorization.
