Feb 2021 H1B Visa Stamping with DUI - Hyderabad

Hello,

I had DUI in Sep 2018, it got reduced to Physical Control in Feb 2019 and completed all court proceedings.
Feb 13th - Arrived India
Feb 18th - Completed finger printing
Feb 19th - Completed VISA interview. Issue 221G white slip and referred physical panel CMM.
Feb 22nd - Completed Medical
Feb 26th - CMM help desk confirmed submitted the results to Consulate
Mar 1st - Last Case Status updated

So far no update from consulate. Please let me know is any one in same situation ? is any one attended DUI in 2021

As usual post only when you are in trouble but not intension of helping others. So far I did not see any/many posts about interview in India and there are alot of INDIANS waiting for some kind of info and I feel many are attending interviews.

DUI is big red flag. It will take more time not just 1 month. Hang on and all th besr

I also had DUI in june 2018, it got reduced to reck driving in low speed in 2018 itself and completed all court proceedings.

I am eagerly waiting on your response because I am also in same boat. I have sent reports to Hyderabad consulate on 22nd feb 2021 no update from US consulate till now.

for me Last case up date still shows Feb 12th which was my interview date.

Hi @sweetyhoney I am in similar boat. Did you get any update on your case? I am travelling in April and have my interview in Delhi Consulate.

Sweety honey, 

I am also in the same situation. Went for interview on mar 3 rd. Completed physical by mar 15th. Called consulate and confirmed that my report has reached them. It’s April 6th and no update yet. 
Have you got any status change . What was the last status change ? Mine still

says refused .
