nike.yo Posted March 9, 2021 Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 (edited) Finally this week I received my Green card in hand(EB2).I had filed 485 in 2012.But unfortunately 2 weeks back my company laid off with 3 months notice period. I am still on salary till Jun 2021 and working on H1B till now.I have following questions -1)Would this lay off create any problem for this Green card (not citizenship)?2)Any RFE or query get trigger in near future?3)If yes then any suggestions about How to prevent this?
