reddy99
I have a question regarding the H1B Amendment and LCA. I have working for consulting company and I have switched my end client from X to Y. Both X and Y client locations are same metropolitan area and less than 5miles' distance. I am planning to go to stamping. My question is – 1. Do I need to file an amendment for client change? 2. Do I need to update an LCA as my end client and salary changed before stamping? Your response will be highly appreciated! Thanks, Ranjith Quote Link to comment

Zodiac System
Your current LCA has got previous client X name and address. You will need a new LCA with client Y name and address. Quote Link to comment
