MiscHome2015 Posted March 8, 2021 Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 My details, We are INDIAN citizens.My Husband is on H1B with approved i140.I am on H4 with approved H4EAD.I do have ITIN and SSN both.Question: I am planning to start a business of importing (from India) and selling clothing/textile products mainly online/ecommerce (In USA). Initially I plan to handle all the work related to my business. Am I allowed to do a business on H4EAD?Are there any restrictions on anything I can't work on my own business?Is it better to do an LLC or DBA? Does it matter from my immigration status perspective?Do i need to apply for any additional permission to do this business? Quote Link to comment
