sathisbabu Posted March 5, 2021 Report Share Posted March 5, 2021 Hi All, My Wife's H4 was filed by both old employer and New(Transfer) employer at the same time in Mar 2020. Both H1B petition was approved during Jul 2020. Later new employer(transfer)'s H4 was approved in Jan 2021 with a validity of Mar 2020 to Feb 2023. In Feb 2021, Old employer's H4 was denied because my old employer withdraws my approved H1B. The denial letter is saying, H4 dependent has to leave within 33 days. Will it make any issue or my wife can continue to stay. Appreciate your help.. Quote Link to comment
