SamMan2020 Posted March 4, 2021 Report Share Posted March 4, 2021 We have applied H1 extension(I-129) along with H4 extension(I-539) on 02/10/2021. The H1 extension got approved, but H4 is still pending. We missed to file EAD(I-765) concurrently. Now we want to file the EAD. But since H4 extension is still in pending status, can we file the I-765 now, or we have to wait until H4 extension is not getting approved? Or is there any wait time after H4 extension filled, and we are good to file EAD after that days? Quote Link to comment
