prd21 Posted March 2, 2021 Report Share Posted March 2, 2021 Last week, I had a n400 interview where IO asked me how come your I-485 is not denied when I-140 revoked by your old employer instead your GC is approved after porting your priority date. I have explained all the details where IO marked as Decision cannot be made now. Any Similar Experience? Concurrent Filling in 2007 (I-140 and I-485) worked for same employer 3 years till 2010. I-140 revoked in 2011. Applied new Labor and I-140 with new employer and ported the priority date where GC approved in 2014.Filled AC21 in 2010. Quote Link to comment
