Anand3891 Posted March 2, 2021 Report Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi I am on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 EAD. I searched that on H4 EAD, you can do stock trading and day trading, both. I want to know how can my wife get money to do day trade? She does not have any other income. Can I just transfer money to her account? Is there any gift tax applicable? Is there any limit? If she earns any income on day trading, that will be counted as her income only? This income will be added as her income when we file tax as Married Filing Jointly?
