NOIR on my previous i129 while new amendment is still approved

Hello,

I had i129 approved from Sep 2019 till Dec 2021 working for client A.

In Sep 2020, I switched to another client B (same employer filing amendment).  Amendment was approved Dec 2020.

Now in Feb 2021, I got NOIR on previous i129 of client A.

Never changed the employer throughout.   Please advise.
