JoeF Posted February 25, 2021 Report Share Posted February 25, 2021 Cap-exempt means an employer can file an H1 at any time, and there is no concept of applying in a particular FY in that case. With an approved I-140 for 6 months you are cap-exempt. Quote Link to comment
