rksingh Posted February 18, 2021 Report Share Posted February 18, 2021 yes....you can file for change of status if you meet ALL requirements of study at an accredited academic institution. Keep in mind that doing so will NOT reset your H1B clock. You must be out of the US for at least 1 year for the H1B clock to be reset and then you will be cap-subject Quote Link to comment
