My organization will soon start H1B extension (premium processing) and the process is expected to be completed by April 2021. I plan to get my H1b extension approved and then file an H4 visa application (First time ) for my spouse. I have the following question 1. If my wife's H4 visa is applied before July 2021 (My current H1b expiry), what petition should be mentioned in her application? the Current one (expiring in July 2021) or the H1b extension approved one? 2. As the H4 visa application for my wife will be filed after my H1b extension approval. What will be the start date for h4 Visa? Will it be the current date or after July 2021(Current H1b expiry date)?
